Tim is a seasoned technical sales professional and has been in the concrete building products for over 30 years. He has been with Ash Grove since 2010 and has been in the cement industry for over 20 years. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1985 with a B.S. in Engineering. He is active in: ASTM C 11 Committee dealing with Stucco, ACI Local and past President, Florida Concrete Products Promotions and Technical, Florida Prestressed Concrete Association, and LEED. Tim enjoys golf, fishing, travel and spending time with the grandchildren.
Justin has been with Ash Grove since 2015 as a Sales Manager and has been in the manufacturing and building materials industry since 2003 with experience across multiple product lines and territories, including logistics, business-to-business sales, specifications, and policy change. He is an experienced manager, sales professional, advocate, and has managed and developed diverse and experienced teams and innovative projects. Justin is responsible for bulk cement, packaged cement, and supplemental cementitious materials (SCMs) to external customers along Florida’s west coast and commercial projects. Justin is involved in the Florida Concrete & Products Association (FC&PA), Florida Independent Concrete Associated Producers (FICAP), Florida Prestress Concrete Association (FPCA), and the Florida Transportation Builders’ Association (FTBA). He also holds several industry certifications and obtained his B.S. from the University of Florida, and MBA from the University of Tampa. Justin is a fourth-generation Floridian and enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, and being outdoors.
Kaedee came on board with Ash Grove in 2014 in the role of Sales and Distribution Coordinator. She handles all incoming orders, logistics, assesses customer needs, determines product availability and coordinates deliveries among other things. Kaedee is currently working to obtain her Master’s in Business Administration. When she is not at work or in school, she is typically fishing or at the beach with her four young children.

He graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS in Marketing and an MBA from University of Phoenix, as well as several professional designations in the credit and concrete products industry. He is an active Mason and Shriner, and enjoys golf and family.
Lori began her tenure with Suwannee American Cement in 2007. She strives to build relationships with our customers and provide them with excellent support for their overall satisfaction and success. She handles invoicing, scheduling orders, coordinating deliveries and will be glad to assist with any questions you may have. In her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren.
